What is not permitted:
They are to be nodes of action, not of mere speaking. ( an organization which primarily speaks and does not do is excluded. There are exceptions to this rule, an organization which visits the imprisoned or gives care to those suffering mental illness is doing with their speech).
They are to be nodes of direct peacemaking, not indirect peacemaking (an organization which promotes violence because they believe it will bring peace is excluded).
Root organizations have a little more leeway. They may choose to support who they wish to support. If an organization they support is found to egregiously contradict the “not permitted” (wc - turn positive) classifications, it will be omitted. This should be rare as City of Helpers does not wish to engage in any political debates. Rather, if a root organization continually supports organizations not aligning with the mission, then they should be warned and eventually omitted from the root index.
The leaf nodes should be for healing in its many forms.
Mistakes will likely be made. They should be addressed when information is presented.
